Smell the Spices, Feel the Calm — A Cooking Escape for Mental Wellness
A new national survey shows that one in four young adults in England now faces a common mental health condition — a dramatic rise over the past two decades.
In response, we’re offering “Spiced in Watford”, a mindful cooking escape that harness the calming power of aroma, flavour, and community. Join us and cook your way to a calmer mind.
